Dr. Mezrow did a neck and lower face lift on me that looks so natural you can't tell I had work done, only that I look better. The skin is not tight nor the ear lobes sewn down. Excellent. Friendly, warm, very knowledgeable. I had my first v-beam for rosacea and will need one more. Only on my second day but have no bruising so far. Just a little swelling. The staff is amazing, and I am a touch critic. My husband owns a medical practice so I am very critical of doctors. Everyone made me feel at ease. I had a great experience.

It was a great experience. I can already see a difference. I will definitely get another one. It lightened my dark spots. I am still peeling on the seventh day. Still have more to peel. Looking forward to the next peel.

Dr. Hess is a wonderful dermatologist. He takes the time to be thorough and explains everything. I went to his practice in the city for my first visit but he has recently opened an office in Chester County which is more convenient to me, therefore I will be going there instead. The office staff is very nice and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hess (and do to all my friends and family).

I had my annual tear trough appt a year ago & we gradually added 2 syringes of voluma inmy cheeks. I am very please with the results & intend on getting more soon. The process was a little longer than I expected. It started with numbing cream. Everything was explained to me. I had a lot of bruising even after taking pills a few days beforehand. I didn't think I would bruise so much. I did notice volume and I think I will like results after the second time.
